Het UNH-Consortium Onderzoek Huisartsgeneeskunde heeft als doel om optimale voorwaarden te scheppen en te onderhouden voor onderzoek op het gebied van de eerstelijnsgeneeskunde. Het gaat in het bijzonder om de huisartsgeneeskunde in Nederland, waaronder grootschalig multicentrisch onderzoek.
What we do
The UNH Consortium for General Practice Research was established in 2013 by UNH-Research (formerly IOH-R). Through this consortium, we develop a shared vision and policy for scientific research in general practice, as well as the necessary frameworks to support it. We also identify and share opportunities and threats – collaborating to address them effectively.
Our values
Generating new scientific knowledge to improve general practice is essential for the sustainability and advancement of primary care. Close alignment and collaboration between university departments make this more promising, impactful, and better.
Collaborative research: GRIP3
Nederland heeft grote consequenties ondervonden van de Covid-19 pandemie. Huisartsen zagen veel patiënten met acute klachten door Covid-19. Bij de uitbraak van de pandemie was er grote onwetendheid. Zo was er voor huisartsen onduidelijk welke vroegtijdige behandelingen met geneesmiddelen een gecompliceerd ziektebeloop konden voorkomen.
Vanuit het consortium doen de 7 afdelingen Huisartsgeneeskunde samen met het Nivel onderzoek met het programma Grip3: General practice Research Infrastructure Pandemic Preparedness Program.
